GOOOOOOOD STUFF!!!!.
Best place in Tarpon, on 19, to eat. This place is great, it's homey, they always say,"Hi, Welcome to Waffle House", when you walk in the door. The menu is on the place mat, all the condiments are at close hand, and the servers are closer. After taking the order, they call the order out-loud to the cook, only in a code that they only know!! The food is cooked right in front of you, and it is quick, and good!! The hash browns are indeed, legendary. I've had them in Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida and many other states, and they are all good!! The way I like them is ALL THE WAY, as does my 12yr old, but you can have them any way you want them, covered with cheese, and ,or any thing else you can put on them from onions to HOT peppers, and don't forget Bert's chili, what ever you do!! Just sit back and enjoy!! This place has got gooood stuff!!

From pecan waffles to legendary hash browns, breakfast fare rules at this homey 24-hour chain restaurant--but don't miss the chili..
In Short
Since 1955, this Atlanta-based chain has welcomed an all-hours crowd of shift workers, suits, regulars and late-night partiers with comfy booths and an extensive menu of Southern-accented home-style grub. Waffles (pecan or regular) are the restaurant's most popular dish. Other breakfast favorites include porterhouse T-bone steak and eggs, country ham, and signature hash browns cooked seven ways, from smothered with onions to topped with chili or cheese. Another bargain is the bowl of chili, which comes topped with onions, ham and cheese.
