TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!. Would not recommend to anyone. I read all the other reviews but they claimed to be under new management. I show up for my appointment and the door was locked even though it was during the business hours posted on the door. I knocked on the door to see if someone was there or just in the back for a minute, after 5 minutes someone finally came but told me that she was not in and didn't know if she would be. Then, the manager pulled up in her car and said "I've had a bad day, you will have to reschedule". That was it, NO APPOLOGY, no explanation. When I asked why they did not at least call me so that I would not have waisted my time going all the way there and could have made alternate plans, I was told "like I said, it's been a bad day". Apparently, thier time is valuable but mine is not. A simple polite response is the least that could be expected. New management/owners or not, there will be no rescheduling for me! Worst, most unprofessional and impolite service I have ever had. The manager was down right rude! I have never in my life written a negative review yet had plenty of bad experiences, as most people have but this one was over the top.…

The surly receptionist is gone, the incompetant nail tech is gone, the "boobs-alot" hairstylist is gone, but we kept the REALLY GOOD massage therapist and the knowledgeable, caring, skin therapist
and we are augmenting our staff with quality service personnel. We are undergoing rennovations and re-writing our menu in an effort to bring you the Best Spa Experience in Tampa Bay. We invite you to stop by and try us again (or for the first time!). We have an Improvements Form we would like you to fill out and let us know what you think. What would you like to see? Horrible Services. As a paying customer I expected a more professional staff. I have been to many day spas and hair salons and I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed. My horrid experience started with the nasty, unhelpful girl at the front desk. Her attitude was so unpleasant and she talked on her cell phone the whole time i was checking in. The worst part of my experience was my pedicure and manicure. It was the most unprofessional pedi/mani I have ever received and then to top it off, when i asked for a french manicure I was told I couldn't have it. When I called to speak to the manager I was tossed from person to person and then I was told she would call me back. I have called numerous times to speak with Alicia the so called Manager but i have not gotten a response back yet. I would never recommend this place to anyone i knew. In my opinion if the manager isn't even willing to call me back then they obviously don't care about the business of the spa either.…
