Well Lets start with the nasty smell that hits you in the face as you open the door. The place is filthy and the animals look sickly. But there is more they sold me expired bird food if you purchase any food from them -NOT RECOMENDED ! Make sure you look for the EXP date before you leave the store. I purchased Kaytee exact -Conversion & Weaning for Parakeets & Cockatiels yesterday 9/5/08. The best used by date reads 23 Jun06 . I called to let them know I will be returning the food for a full refund and the reason for doing so and the women whom I spoke with did not even sound surprised that she is selling bird food that is 2 years past it's shelf life. After returning this food if I ever have to make a purchase at this store again it would be too soon! The only reason why I did go to this store is because Pet Smart was all out of this type of food.

i love shopping at Bob's they always have everything i need and if they dont its always there the next week, ive always walked into there and smiled because oddly as it sounds it doesnt even smell like a petshop... it smells clean!!! i would recommend anyone to shop there the employees and bob are GREAT AS FOR WHAT THE LADY WROTE OR MAN 2 REVIEWS ABOVE walk into walmart with just the product no package all your going to get is a sorry we need the packaging you were lucky to be offered atleast half!!!! future refrence not all airpumps are silent hint... put a washcloth under it common sense
