The usual, only better. Had the ribs, and it's the same story in Florida with the sauce. It is all the same and NOBODY seems to believe in a good ole southern sweet sauce, or cooking WITH the sauce instead of treating it like a dip. I grew up in GA and the bbq was always so much better.

On the plus side, the ribs were very tender, and I had the collards as a side and they were HOT!! I am so not used to that and almost burned my tongue. All in all, it IS the best Bar-B-Q we have been to, but that doesn't say much. We took some home so we could get some decent sauce for it.

Great Food. There are many BBQ places around, but none compare to Pit Boss! It's one of the local restaurant "jewels" that our family discovered years ago! Their BBQ is wonderful, and you should also try their famous baked beans. While your at it, I would highly recommend you also try their tasty collard greens, a new twist on an old southern favorite!

THE place for ribs!. As a Texas Transplant and after trying for three years to find a decent BBQ rib spot - this is the one. Great food, fully smoked and ribs that are super tender. Great sides. Good thing is that it is only two miles from my home, and they will see a lot of me!

SANGRIA!!!. Absolutely, THE BEST SANGRIA in the world!!! Bar-B-Que sandwiches are awesome!
