The Scene – With a classy burgundy and soft pink interior, linen tablecloths, formal china and stemware, Nadia's is "continental" at its best. The clam chowder starts with a thick, rich soup base, classically prepared and loaded with clams, potatoes and veggies. The smoked salmon pasta is to die for. Also delicious is the profiteroles (pro-feet-er-roles), a difficult-to-make French puff pastry filled with ice cream or custard, topped with chocolate sauce.
