this is an awful place. dirty, lound and rude. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes, it was mmore than an hour. After 2 hours and 45 mins, and still no fooed, we walked. Food might be good, we wouldn't know. Server had to scream to be heard and the hostess was rude. I woudl never waste my time here again.

GREAT IS NOT EVEN THE WORD. This is a small Dive On the Beach, But so worth the trip. We sampled quite a few things on the menu and have very few complaints. The baked Octopus with parmesean was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I highly recommend you venture out of your comfort zone and order this spectacular treat. The conch fritters were good not great but good the calamari was great and the crab soup was creamy rich and delicious. The blackened grouper sandwich was not that impressive it was fair at best. The trip was so worth it for the baked octopus it was amazing not chewy or rubbery melts in your mouth phenomenal. The service was sub standard and the waitress was rude. I will return again to give them the benefit of the doubt for the service . The food is great and affordable. This dive is a best kept secret on indian rocks beach. I gave it a 4 because of the service.

small, cramped & poor service. So DDD had it wrong on this one. This place is SO small, We walked in and were welcomed to sit at the "bar" (acounter that fits 5 on a good night) or just mill around until a table opens.

I personally dont like people milling around me while I'm finishing my meal and I dont care to do it to others.

The service: Slow, poor, when we complained about the food all we got was "Sorry you didn't like it, hope you come back again" What the heck was that??

The food: I had the fish en papiollote (fish in a bag with mashed potatoes & vegis) Now I know not to order fish & mashed potatos but I thought I'd give it a try it being a "jamaican specialty" It was bland, tastless, my 70year old grandmother would like it. Hubby had a fish/rice dish, same, bland boring, made for old folks & tourists.

If you're one of them, you'll like it here, otherwise avoid.

Great Food. Went to Keegan's because I saw it on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on FoodTV. Looked interesting on TV. Food was very good. Tried a couple apps and a couple entrees between 3 people. Everyone agreed it was tasty. The grilled octopus was very good. Worth the drive.

fresh, friendly, fantastic!. You wont be disappointed by a visit to Keegan's. Locally owned and operated, the prices are quite reasonable, and full of locals, not just one-time tourist visits. Menu options are creative, and offer much to everyone's palate. It is casual and comfortable and family friendly.
