I love love love this store, ive never had bad customer service with any one there. They have lots of cool stuff, i love their incense and the prices airnt to bad either.
BEWARE---RIPOFF----bad Customer service---BEWARE!. Saturday I baught an e-cigarette at this store. They recommended this particular brand (e-cigartette) with charger, car charger, etc. for 45 Dollars. When I returned home, I charged the battery and wanted to test it. It did not deliver any smoke at all, so assumed it was broken and intended to bring it back for a refund or to exchange it for a functioning device. Today at the store the manager told me that there is a part missing and it is no wonder it does not work. So I thought he would exchange it. No way. He said all the devices are "tested" and they do not exchange at all for all sales are final. I just buried 45 Dollars for something that does not work. The manager even refused to give me a spare part to get it going. All he said is, that it is my problem and I should have checked it when buying... He wanted to sell the sparepart for 10 Dollars...Then he started to insult me. I will report this behavior to the better business bureau and everywhere I can to tell people not to go into their store and buy goods that do not work!! Beware of this store and do not buy anything there. I cannot recommend this store at all.
Fraudulent charges on debit card. They told me that my debit card was declined twice and asked me for another method of payment. I paid with one of my credit cards. After i left they charged my debit card without my authorization, signature or PIN. The shop assistant then put me on speaker phone so that the Manager/accountant who thought it was a big joke could mock me and my English accent and shout over the shop assistant and myself hurling insults and telling me to go back home and take the rset of the foreigners with me.
