My winter home

I have been coming to Florida for visits for 30 years ,ten in this park, and this is the best..

Here we have it all ,quiet safe among friends , lots of golf (in the park) swimming dancing etc. and what we don't have is nearby or someone is arranging a trip for you. You just go they arrange the details.

If you are like me you will live longer fuller lives if you spend your winters here . So come on in if you are in the area or surf your way down .

• Pros:  central - feature rich -safe- easy to make friends or not you decide.
• Cons:  Best if you are a florida resident for tax purposes.
