The last time I was at Rockwell's 02-04-10. I asked for a double shot of Captain Morgan on the rocks.

Jenny brought it straight up. I told her I asked for it on the

rocks, & she brought a 32oz coke glass full of ice. I held

up the proper glass that the drink should be served in, &

asked: "don't you have any of these?" there were plenty

of them on the shelf. She started yelling, threw the plastic

coke glass in the sink, & was abusive. Needless to say,

when I paid my check I left her nothing. Again she made

a rude comment because I left no tip. I called the next day

to report this to John, the owner, & he never even got my

message. I do respect that in the work place people have

to stick together & defend each other. However, a month

later I was invited in to play piano by my friends Al Razz &

Pug Baker, & Jenny said I was barred;... pr John. So, the

next day I went to talk to John, & he knew nothing about it.

I told the truth about everything. Jenny had to fabricate

several lies about me to make shure I was barred so she

could protect her job. Even if nobody believes me, I'm still

telling the truth. I've been a good customer at Rockwell's

for over 2 years with no previous altercations. I'm never

going there again as long as barmaid Jenny works there.

She should not take her anger out on good customers.

She should be fired.
