What a wonderful, honest business. I stopped in for the $5 car wash and i noticed they had a repair shop also. I asked if they could check my brakes as i kept hearing a noise from the front every time i stepped on my brake pedal. They put it on the lift and found a spring not attached properly. They corrected the problem quickly, and the cost...NOTHING. I expected to pay at least $50 but there was no charge. Chris said it was a quick fix and would not charge me for such a small problem. I am still shocked!

Just had my vehicle detailed here by Chris. He did a great job at a great price. My car looks brand new ! I highly recommend Caribbean Car Wash to anyone that wants the job done right.

If honesty is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. Long story short, they skipped waxing the roof of my SUV and skipped the engine detail they told me was included and sent me on my way as if they had done everything I paid for hoping I wouldn't notice. Returning to the business the detailer named Josh acknowledged he mislead me, but justified his actions by saying he has to do both detailing and oil changes, only gets paid minimum wage and said the owner Pat knew he was running out of time on the detailing of my SUV.

To be fair, after being called out on the deception, Josh offered to finish the job I paid for, but I'm not one who's comfortable sending my under cooked steak back to the kitchen. I was also offered $20 back on my $200 + tax + tip detail job. Ironically, I tipped the detailer Josh $20 before he even started detailing my SUV hoping he would be honest and go the extra mile. That didn't work out so well.

Also, notice how 3 of the 4 glowing reviews below were all written on the same day, April 2, 2011? I wish I had looked over the reviews more closely before I went here.

We used this company for a long time until recently. Our new van was damaged while on their lot, and they wouldnt accept responsibility for it. Saying it was a shopping cart dent. I know every dent on my vehicle, and have names for all of them, This was not on the van before I dropped it off. I will never go there again, and will spread the word where I can, they will lose alot more money in business than if they would have just fessed up and paid for the repair.

The most arrogant owner ever. Don't go here!. Just retired, ready to place our unneeded second car for sale, paid $129.95 for full detailing service.Went to pick up car and paint had been removed from hood. Detailer indicated this had happened to other cars which had not been prepped well. Talked to owner, who was arrogant, rude, loud, unyielding, and indicated it must have been our paint. Car is 8 years old, been washed many times without problem. After much discussion ,we paid bill, and indicated we would write a negative review, to which owner replied he would just delete and we were ignorant. Don't make our mistake. We now have to have car repainted.

Car Wash and More !. I'm new to the area and after visiting a friend in Indian Rocks Beach I stopped in to Caribbean Car Wash. I'm 58 years old and am in the customer service industry. I was impressed. Friendly, courteous, proffesional, and fast. I live 10 miles away and will drive the extra miles to wash my car there. I have a new car and it looked showroom clean. I plan to have my oil changed and other non warranty service done at the Caribbean also. I don't usually take the time to write good comments, but I just walked in and had to remark on this.

the best service ever!. Well, what unexpected pleasure having my car washed while I was visiting in Fla. The most courteous , friendly and FAST service. Wish we had this in NY!!!! Makes me want to move here, just for the car wash! My car never looked so good and I felt pampered! Pls open one in NY we need you --even got a free cup of hot coffee which I had to drink on the way home because they were so efficient and quick!

ANY wait would be well worth it!. Excellent customer service and no problems with waiting! Have to disagree with you buddy. Been going to Caribbean Car Wash for about a year now and ALWAYS have been treated more than fairly and kindly. Never had a 'wait' problem. Great service AND great car washes. My car (and I) smile upon leaving each time. You sound confrontational. The owner has always been more than helpful to me so I don't get it. Perhaps YOU huffed and puffed over to another car wash. I highly recommend Caribbean Car Wash.
