This Company sucks!!!!. Here's the story: my mother in law was involved in an accident, and Joe's towed her car. They advertise 24hr service, and when i called to get her car back, they asked me for Release form from Largo Police dept.( the only time police issues a release form is when u get caught DUI).

The lady that aswered the phone was mean, and she said in order to pick up your car u need to pay CASH only, no cards. And then she located the owner to come and let us pick up the car. Once i saw the owner i complained, i told him that the lady that i was on the phone with was mean and i won't tolerate that, because i am a customer. Guess what he said to me? He said, he won't tolerate for me to pick the car up, i'll see you tomorrow he said, and he jerked his truck while he took off. by the way, those people are freaking rednecks and their customer service skill is 0/10. I will pick up my car tomorrow and i will file a lawsuit with my lawyer against those idiots!!!!

i will not reccomend Joe's Towing to anyone!!!!

Excellent Towing and Transport Co.. We thought we would write a review after seeing this one from mamamea. We have been using Joe's for 10+ years for all of our towing and transport needs. Our sons car was towed by Joe's and we retrieved it from Joe's a week later after getting the runaround from our insurance co. Joe personally helped us with our claim and gave us some very valuable info. We have been using his services since. There has to be more to this mamamea story because I personally know there is NO way Joe or anyone at his facility would ever treat anyone with disrespect or steal. Joe's is simply the best tow company we have ever dealt with !

Joe's Towing OMG!!!. My daughter was involved in an automobile accident and unfortunately for us this is the company that Largo contracts with. The accident happened only a few days ago and the way these people are behaving you would of thought they had been storing her car for years! We asked to retrieve her license tag and were told that if my daughter did not pay them they intended on filing a lien against her license as well as future purchase of an auto. When asked for a bill we were told that they would not provide a bill until I paid them and came up with an amount. I have never heard of such a thing. It has been my experience that you are given a bill first. Items were also missing from her car, they were indifferent and we were told to file a police report. Would not recommend them if they were the only company in Pinellas County and we do intend on filing reports and complaints against them.
