Whats wrong with people!!!!!!!. I lost all my phone numbers and was looking up Passion Hair Designs phone number and came accross the reviews that were written. I have to say, these people are OUT OF THEIR MIND. I have been going to Passion for over 15 years and have had Tiffany doing my hair the entire time. I am one of the pickest people you will ever meet expecially when it comes to my hair and it goes to show the AMAZING job Tiffany at Passion does since I have stayed with her for this long as well as referred numerous people to her over the years that are still to this day her clients. I have brown hair naturally and I have gone from blonde to red and back to brown with blonde and red highlights and my hair has NEVER been destroyed or looked hidious. Tiffany does a wonderful job every time. I always get great compliments on my hair. Obviously she shouldn't go blonde anymore because she has fried her own hair going to CVS and is trying to blame it on someone else. As for the other review regarding waiting, that should speak for itself, if Passion Hair Design was so bad then why would anyone want to wait to get their hair done there. The longest I have ever had to wait was 1/2 hour and I would do it everytime to be able to get my hair done by Tiffany. You wont find a better place with and awsome staff. You will be missing out if you listen to the other rediculous reviews and not make an appointment right away.
stick to loreal. She destroyed my hair. I looked hidious. They claim to be "colour experts". I was so dissapointed. I ended up at CVS buying a loreal kit to cover up the damages two days later. I went in wanting some highlights and ended up looking like an old lady with full grey coverage. it's a pig stye. They have u waiting for ever. I'm soooo disappointed I would never recomend this place. Do your self a favour and go to first choice because in this situation I never got what I paid for. 100 dollars later, tip included (felt obligated) wud have made better there. That will be my next try. Unless you can recommend? There has to be someoneout there that knows how to do this the right way.....Very unprofessional!
passion customer service..... clue.. if a client comes in for drastic hair color and they call and the 240 dollar hair job is making their hair fall out---and is fried- call them back- get them in- help them- a woman loves her hair-thank-you
