Will not be back. We had been regular customers of the Bistro in prior years and had enjoyed the quality dining and service. After a two year absence we made a return visit and were disappointed at how far the servce and cleanliness had declined. We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday to find only three tables occupied. From the beginning the wait staff of two had little interest in our service. We waited about 10 minutes just to have our order taken and another 40 minutes to have our food served which consisted of two sandwich orders. Customers who arrived 30 minutes after we were seated received their food before our sandwiches arrived. The wait staff read the paper and watched tv as we waited for our food for45 minutes. To top it all off after our meal was finished we had to go to the bar and ask the cashier for our bill so we could pay. With us standing at the bar waiting the cashier contiuned to carry on a persoonal conversation with the other employee and leave us once again being ingnored. The service was non existent and we will never again visit this restaurant.

innovative menu-great new bar!. i'm a regular at the boulevard bistro-and keep coming back for the innovative daily specials, as well as my old favorites. but here's what's really new-helen has just expanded the bar- with plenty of room to invite a few friends for a great selection of imported and domestic beers. i don't drink wine, but they have an extensive wine list. service is always friendly and careful-a great spot in seminole for a cozy dinner or a family gathering.

What happened????. My wife & I used to eat here once a week, (a few years ago), we loved our hip little neighborhood resturant.

We have since moved closer to to the beach, so we now visit the island way griil, saltrock, marlin darlin etc.

We were passing it today ( a saturday, noon)and decided to stop in for lunch...What happened??? new management???

The place was filthy, food on the floors, the tables, the silverware, the walls. I actually made a joke with the waitstaff asking if the crusted food on the menu was intentional "like a sampler menu?, every description had a taste?"...they didn't get it. And what about the waitstaff? what happenned to the tucked in, hair up, manicured, professional, attentive staff? no understanding of the food they were telling us about? "oh dang, I'm not sure, let me go ask? wtf is that?

I'm glad I went to the bathroom before I ordered my food.

The 12" puddle of urine on the floor was not distracting me from the bubbling paint, peeling toilet seat, dripping faucet, just unkept...what you would expect at a "Chili's" on a friday at midnight.

We got our drinks & $9 appetizer..Blue crab quesadillas..sounded awesome, I was thinking lump crab meat, cilantro, maybe squeeze a lime..you know fresh exciting flavors! Nope. The crab had the consistency of canned tuna, the salsa & guac were made days in advance, it was bad.

We payed & left depressed, 5 years ago I spent $400 a month in that place, I won't go back.

p.s. I did my 4 years at Johnson & Wales, I'm not just an angry customer.........but disappointed.
