It's Hard to Find Good Chinese Food. Got delivery for Moo Shu Pork, Shrimp w/Lobster Sauce, Wonton Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls.

The Moo Shu Pork was very tasty, the Shrimp w/Lobster Sauce was bland. The Wonton Soup was flavorful and good, the Hot & Sour Soup was too sweet and not very good. The Crab Rangoon and the Egg Rolls were good. The delivery was pretty quick, even on a Saturday night. Overall we were satisfied.

Delicious Food!. A transplant from NY searching for wonderful chinese food... found it at Palace of the Orient. Dined there a few weeks ago. Food was yummy - special eggs, (just like NY Chinatown spring rolls), spareribs, shishkabob, szecheun beef, and duck. Good and polite service, atmosphere typical with a great view of the lake. They accommodated my request for low sodium and no msg. Will make this a regular stomping ground!

Best Chineese. Since Moving to Tampa Bay (5 years ago) my Wife and I have been searching for a Good Xmas Eve Chinese Food Resturant, With a Full Bar. Something I have not yet seen in any of the all you can eat places. We Played the Palace last night for our 5th Xmas Eve in tampa Bay and were not disappointed .

The view of the Lake is awsome. My wife likes her food Spicy Hot , and It was customed cooked to her Taste. My sweet and sour Chicken and Pork was great. We each had a couple of Long Island Ice teas,

although we had been hoping for something we could share like a flaming scrpion Bowl for two.

We found the Drinks to be great, The food was Great , The Staff and the Location was great

We found it a good replacement for were we used to go in Waltham Mass,

Don't waste your money. We had dinner on Friday night. We expect the service to be slow as it's a weekend but our server was horrible and the service was practically comatose. To be fair the egg rolls were OK but after that everything went down hill. The food was cold and tasteless. I've had better Chineese at the Panda Express!

This was a very good resteraunt a few years ago but it has gone down hill the last few times I've been in.

I would recommend almost any other resteraunt over the Palace of the Orient at this time and I won't be going back again.

Best in Tampa Bay. I've been going to this restaurant since the early eighties and have always enjoyed the food.I now live in North Florida and was there recently for a visit.My family and I had the Har Kew,Rainbow Chicken,BBQ spareribs,eggroll and wonton soup. The food was excellent. I hope this place never sells out because The family that has owned and operated this restaurant for as long as I remember really cares about quality.

TRADITIONAL & Wonderful. Ever since moving to Pinellas I have been highly disappointed with the Chinese. I tried Palace of the Orient tonight. I only ordered Wonton soup (quart $2.95) & Pork Fried Rice (quart $5.45). (How I judge resturants).

The soup was traditional and wonderful. FULL of noodles and pieces of pork. The broth was just the perfect blend - unlike the watered down chicken broth everyone else uses.

The rice was awesome. Just the right amount of the traditional ingredients - pork, onion, egg, bean sprouts, rice. NOT full of the modern cheap fillers (peas & carrots).

Prices are good as well. Luches range on average between $4.50 - $6.50. Dinners $5.35 - $7.25.

They have dine it (was pretty empty for dinner on a weeknight), take out & delivery. I chose take out so that I could view the place.

I cannot wait to go back to try a whole meal!

BEST CHINESE RESTARAUNT EVER. GREAT FOOD. FAST DELIVERY. ORDER IS NEVER WRONG. TRY THE RIBS!
