Love this store! I was in this store from out of town and it was great! My favorite pet store in all Florida area. The owners were helpful and had wonderful products! Go to Petlandargo if you are in Florida and love buying great stuff for your pets!

This place has a great selection of toys, treats and other misc dog supplies. The staff is always friendly too! I will continue to go here for my doggies needs!

I must say that when I questioned you and your credentials when we first met you, I was truly unaware of the years that you had been breeding dogs and how much you care about your animals. I would recommend to anyone if they were going to purchase a pup that they first speak with you. I found you be both honest and sincere and so has everyone else that I know has taken a pup from you.

How can I not give this place 5 stars? I found my soul mate doggy here! The staff here really care about the dogs and the interview process is more in depth than other places. I love how this place is so organized compared to other humane societies that I've been to. They have a paper with the dogs picture and information on the availability which also appears on the website--they're literally light-years ahead of other places. I still visit time to time when I'm in the area.. probably a bad idea because I always end up falling in love with a couple dogs and getting depressed.

We brought our kitty to get washed here and were super pleased! The prices are totally affordable, the staff was awesome, and when we picked up our cat he smelled like blueberries! Great company

Pinellas County's Best Pet Store. We absolutely love this store. We have been coming to this store for more than 20 years. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make sure that we find what we need and that it is the right product for our needs. My kids really enjoy playing with the animals. Over the years, we have purchased fish, hamsters, parakeet and a Lab puppy. Our son really wants a bearded dragon. Give them a try - they are better than any of the other stores in the area.

petland gets their puppies from puppy mills.. Do not buy a dog from a petstore. These puppies come from puppy mills. The employees here may say that these dogs are high quality and come from small, certified breeders but in reality, they come from these horrific breeding facilities. The mothers of these dogs spend their lives in cages being bred over and over again which means their offspring are more prone to sickness and disease. Maybe thats why they put a one year warrenty on the puppies they sell? Anyone who cares about their animals would NEVER put a warrenty on a real, living animal. They are not replaceable.

The insane prices for these dogs is rediculous too. Adopt from a shelter or humane society. If you buy a puppy from here you obvously have not done your research. Go to the ASPCA and look up pet stores and they will bring you directly to a puppy mill information page. Regardless of what the owner or employees say, they get their puppies from puppy mills. Adopt your next dog because those are the ones who need a loving home.

Best pets and supplies in the Tampa Bay area. My husband and I thought about getting a puppy for a long time. Well last year, we were at the movies in the Largo Mall when we visited the Petland store next to the movie theater. They have a large selection of puppies and we spent a long time playing with many of them. The staff was very helpful and patient with us as played with each one. They asked about our lifestyle and family and helped us pick out a Labrador Retriever. He is just the best dog in the world. We have been back to the Petland of Largo every month since to get dog food and Frontline. Their prices are amazing. I am not sure how they beat Petsmart prices but they are always lower.

Lots of products at low prices. This store has been adding great new products over the past couple of years and their prices are really low. I am on a budget and that is really important to me. My kids love to play with the pets in the store and my wife can't help but play with the puppies. We have been impressed with how well they take care of the animals.

Fun place to visit. A friend turned me on to this store because of their low price on Frontline Plus for dogs. I love to visit to see what new animals or fish they have. My wife, of course, just loves the tiny yorkie (sp?) puppies they have. When we go to a movie, we always plan extra time to play with the animals at Petland.
