QPM in there to help stretch our association dollars. Nobody likes to be told what to do or how to do it, but that's what you sign up for when you live in a Deed Restricted Community. Everybody likes a clean neighborhood, club house, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc... but to maintain those amenities, dues have to be paid and the rules followed. Qualified Property has done a great job on enforcing the rules of our community (that we all agreed to.)

I'm not on the board in my community, but I attend the meetings and see their job. It's a time consuming and thankless job that I have no interest in, but it needs to be done. Thank goodness that we have QPM in there to help stretch our association dollars and keep MY neighborhood looking like it did the day I moved in. Since the economy has gone downhill and foreclosure on the rise and I know a lot of other communities that show neglect. Thanks to a good board and great help from Qualified Property, we're in good shape.

We lost control of our condo, QPM saved it.. We got Qualified involved with our community after researching how other condos were run. After years of neglecting our documents and by-laws we realized one day that we had lost all control of the entire community. We had no power to enforce the community rules, properly collect dues, or the funds to keep the buildings properly maintained.

After visiting some friends who had beautiful facilities I inquired as to how much they paid in dues, to my great surprise it was less than I paid. I got our other board members involved to do some research and found that Qualified Property managed their facilities.

After an extensive interview process, witnessing first hand their work, and listening to other customers we decided to move forward and sign up. Its now our second year and we could not be happier.

If you are unhappy with the way your condo is run, don't sit by and let it fall apart. Do your homework and make a change.

A God Send!. QPM is a God Send!!! Our last managers made paperwork a mess, and were always dropping the ball on dues and violations. We've recently signed up for our 3rd contract and have been with them now for 7 years. My HOA could not be happier!

Just signed up for another term. Our condo just signed on for another term. Couldn t be happier with our service. Since they came on code enforcement issues have been taken care of, paperwork is a breeze, and they even intorduced us to a company that helped us with some of the forclosure units so we could get the dues caught up.

A Step Up!. QPM called us up a little over a year ago to see if we would be interested in changing management companies. Our term was about up with our previous company, and to be fair they were an OK group, but after looking at what QPM had to offer we made the change. What a difference! We have immediate access to our records online; violations are taken care of immediately, our paperwork issues vanished... I could go on but you get the picture.

Do yourself a favor and take the time to talk to them, listen to the testimonials of other communities (in person) and do your research on what they offer. You won't be disappointed!

Helped save our community!. I live in Pasco and I can tell you, my community was hit hard by the housing market dump. We have a modest size community with 500+ homes, and at least a quarter of them are in foreclosure or the owners have stopped paying their dues. As a result our amenities were in deep trouble because the community essentially to a 25% pay cut. We don't exactly have money to spare, every dollar goes to repairs and general upkeep of the facilities.

When things started to get really bad, QPM came in and showed us solutions that enabled us to get the money we needed to keep things running. The best part of this is that the resources they introduced us to collected on the back dues and foreclosures, not on us, so we didn't have to pay them back!

Its been over a year now since QPM stepped in with their resources and our community is now stronger than ever

Honest People & Fantastic Service. I belong to a condo association in the Tampa Bay area, and wanted to let everybody know how happy I am with Qualified Property Management. They have a good staff of people who couldn't be nicer... but tough too, when it is needed.

As with any large group of people, you get those who cause problems, don't follow the rules, don't pay their dues, etc... QPM is employed by us - through state law - to be the "bad buy" when it's needed to deal with those individuals as directed in our bylaws. As a result, they often get shot for just being the messenger and fulfilling their contractual obligation.

Our association finished a 3 year contract with them, and are halfway through our 2nd contract and we could not be more happy. I am sure that there are those out there that are upset with them for doing the job they were hired to do, but that anger is misdirected and is often reflected in the argument they try and make by personally attacking staff members. Sticks and stones...

I for one am grateful for the services of QPM and there staff for the amazing job that they do!

Wonderful Company!. I sit on the board of an HOA in Seminole, FL and we had need of a new management company a year and a half ago. We interviewed 4 different companies that all claimed they were the best, all have stellar references, and ALL had various degrees of online reviews... good and (often) bad. In the end, we selected Qualified, and have never looked back.

It is amazing what you can find or justify if you really want to prove something with information found on the internet. If you are on a board and serious about your position, don't take the word of some random comment box about how well a company performs. Any disgruntled lunatic with a keyboard can have a voice online. Instead, do the responsible thing and talk to current customers. Talk to board members. Talk to those who have use their services and make an informed decision.

In the end, I would ask you to treat my comments as you would any of the others. Don't trust it. Don't take these words on face value. Don't JUST Google it... Do some (real) home work and you will come to the same conclusion that I did. QPM is the best at what they do.

Run!. These guys are real amateurs through and through. Semi-literate, and unprofessional. They tend to dabble in the truth. The concept of "conflict of interest" totally illudes them. They'll try to talk you into a 3 year contract, which is totally unheard of in the industry. They remind me of slick used car salesmen, and our manager is replete with cheap clothes, bad grammar and a shady past. It's all on Google.
