atmosphere. I live in Orlando and was pointed in the direction of Clearwater for our anniversary. We have since gone back every few months, and every time we do, we stop at Frenchy's because it's so relaxing and inviting! Great atmosphere, and right on the water! Live music and good food on the ocean...what more could you ask for!?!

No elbow room. This place is always too packed, and it's definately a "meat market" kind of bar, not the relaxing beach bar they percieve to be. The bands may be good but they have to space to move in either, and the wait time to be seated......it's just not worth it. Definately NOT an exceptional place to eat & watch the sunset.

OVERRATED - JUST FAST FOOD. FRENCHY'S IS JUST A FAST FOOD PLACE ON THE BEACH - INSTEAD OF DRIVE THRU, YOU SIT THROUGH YOUR MEAL - NOTHING DIFFERENT OR UNIQUE ABOUT THE FOOD OR ATMOSPHERE EXCEPT IT'S EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH

Best Soup Ever!. The She Crab soup is awesome, my wife and I make Frenchy's a must stop everytime we're in Clearwater/Tampa. The Cajun Grouper sandwich is excellent too!
