beware. we purchased tickets online through Zerve. At no time did Eris tell us that if there is not a minimum number of passengers, the tour would be canceled. After driving to Clearwater and paying for parking, we were told by Sandy, that the tour was canceled. She told us that Zerve would be refunding our money, we got home, called Zerve and they said that it's not their policy to refund, and they wouldn't do it. We are still fighting for our refund. DO NOT USE ZERVE FOR ANYTHING AND DO NOT GIVE SEA SCREAMERS YOUR MONEY. We live in Tampa and always have guests, we will never use them again.…
