Best customer service professional. As always, Richard in service is the best customer service professional I have ever met. As a former car salesperson, I understand the importance of selling the dealership as the place that the customer always wants to return to. Richard makes that happen for Lowkey on a daily basis. You couldn't pay him enough.

Immediate Response. I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and believe me, I've done a ton of research and emailed a ton of dealers. I read reviews about Lokey Volkswagen and contacted them with an immediate response. Their quote was the best price that I got compared to all the dealers from here.

Good Decision. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. She did a good job giving us the information we needed to make a good decision, without putting any pressure on us. The other sales person was straight forward in his approach to negotiating the deal, which we appreciated.

Great buying experienced. I had a very good experience with the dealership. The sales team and the staff here are very nice, friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond communicating with me during the sales process. I would definitely recommend Lokey Volkswagen to friends and family.

Friendly and understanding. I have nothing but great things to say about Lokey. They were understanding about my vehicle situation and took great care in making my transition into a HOT VW CC easy. I feel like I got a great lease deal on the CC. All of the staff were kind and friendly to me. I would highly recommend Lokey VW and all of the staff there to anyone looking for a great dependable vehicle. Hats off to Ron Wordon..You have a great team!!

Lokey VW as way too much money and free time. I inquired about a 2007 BMW 328i and received a response the car was available. I set an appointment with Sam for 2:00 PM Sunday. I showed up with my wife in a newer Mercedes E-Class. That's where it all went bad. Apparently a Mercedes owner is considered lower class in a VW dealership. We were left in the show room. No one talked to us, no coffee, no go away or go to hell. I could have asked for spare change and been ignored. We went for walk to find the care we wanted to see. We found it. An extremely professional employee who was detailing vehicles advised me the car had been sold and was being delivered. So, rather than pick up a phone and tell me the car was gone the village idiot let be drive all the way across Tampa to learn this vital information from the guy washing cars.
