diamond holidays

Do not do business with this company!!!!! I recieved a phone call that said we won a trip to Freeport, Bahamas. My husband and i had never been so we told them to sgin us up. We paid our $160 admin. fee with our credit card over the phone. They sent us more info. We picked our dates, sent in $198 in port taxes and service charge by check. About a month before we were supposed to go on our trip, I tried to contact the company. I was never able to speak with a human. I tried some research but it got me nowhere. I would like to get a refund so I am going to try some of these numbers. Thankyou.

Actually, got a friend who has been trying to get in touch with Diamond Holidays and has been paying $25.00, i think, per month to hold his tickets, which are free?, Anyone has any info let us know.

Not Diamond Holidays

Hello, this is National Travelers Service. I received a call this morning from a lady that had us confused with Diamond Holidays. She said that she got our # from this site. Just to clear up any confusion, we are not associated with Diamond Holidays and we did NOT change our name from Diamond Holidays. We have been in business for 12 years. I have located a number on their site 1-800-987-8305 for anyone else that might need it. Hopefully that will help.
