Good Value. Good food, great prices. I would recommend getting there early as it is busy every night of the week.

ARE YOU NUTS?. WHY WOULD ANYONE SAY THIS PLACE IS BETTER THEN CATTLE COMPANY? BOTH TIMES I WENT TO SAM'S AND TRIED DIFFERENT STEAKS THEY WERE BOTH SO BAD I SWORE I'D NEVER BE BACK. THE 2ND TIME I MEANT IT. NO FLAVOR, FATTY MEAT. THIS PLACE IN NO WAY COMES CLOSE TO A CATTLE COMPANY STEAK.

The food has no taste. The restaurants are noisy and the food has little or no taste.

anticipation- its worth the wait. I had a great meal at a fair price. Tyrone location was packed full. I suggest calling ahead. For all those giving bad reviews anonymously, grow up and state your name. No credabilty /no name!!!!

remember if it wasn't good there would be no wait. The line says it all

HORRIBLE!!!. I know this is a steakhouse but, if seafood is included on the menu, it should be quality, especially for the inflated price. I had the salmon and my fiancee had 2 lobster tails. Both were horrible! The fish had been frozen and not thawed properly; it was mushy and not cooked completely. I couldn't even eat half of it. Disgusting. (I thought I'd at least be safe eating the mashed potatoes, but I couldnt eat them either. They were gray, lumpy, and tasted really nasty. How the hell can they even screw up mashed potatoes?!?)

The $20 lobster tails were straight out of a box and had about 2 bites of meat on each. Mrs. Pauls frozen fish sticks are higher quality than the seafood served at Sam Seltzer's. Well NEVER go there again.
