Dogwater Moved, New Location. Dogwater Cafe is now Located at 25000 US19N, Clearwater FL 33763. Between Sunset & Enterprise. Still the same great food and fun atmosphere :0)

Avoid altogether. Well I have to say that I read both reviews just as I was considering going to the restaurant. When I read the first review, I have to admit that I thought that this person was probably mad at something that happened at the restaurant and was just writing bad things to hurt them.

Then I read the second review and decided to try the restaurant.

I realized that maybe the 1st review was skewed one way but realistically the 2nd review must have been written by the owner or someone very close to the restaurant.

So my review having those two reviews out of my mind is the food is not that good, the noise levels are absolutely not comfortable for my ears and it is definitely not a family restaurant.

It appears to be just a local beer drinking place that has some pretty and some not so pretty waitresses that do show off too much of their "assets" but that is probably due to wanting to get tips from their patrons. I admit the flirting can be obnoxious but if someones wife is that jealous then that means their is probably trouble "in river city" :)

Don't go out of your way is all I'd say but try it yourself to see.

Really GREAT food - a fun place too!. WOW sounds like that other reviewer is mad at the owners wife and has never been there! That place has FANTASTIC food. I'm fussy and the place looked really clean to me. I took my wife and kids last week. (Never on football night - I like it there alone for games, lots of TVs) It's a fun place and we all really enjoy it. The food comes in dishes made to look like dog bowls, and are named after dogs. (Like the old yeller for the chicken sandwich) They have KILLER wings, salads, seafood - and I love all of their food. It's really a fun place for the whole family but also a great place to hang out and watch sports. Yep - the waitresses are pretty but far from trashing looking. Guess the other person that did the rating is ticked off at the owners wife. Maybe she's pretty too, and the woman couldn't handle it. LOL MY wife even loves it . You gotta go -- will LOVE the place!!
