Beyond Rude and Very Unprofessional. These people are extremely sneaky and underhanded. I understand that they are trying to run a business but their mistakes are their problem. I bonded my father out of jail for $2500 and that bond was paid for. A couple of days later he was re-arrested and needed another bond. Always Available took his word (a criminal mind you) that the second bond would be taken care of. I DID NOT sign or agree to the new bond. My father was sentenced and the second bond was never paid for. I just received a letter in the mail stating that I owe $2650. When I called to inquire about this bill first I was yelled at and spoken to as if I were a child and then Tina hung up on me. When I called back I spoke to Cat and she pretty much said that my father screwed them and in turn they would screw me. I asked them to mail or fax me paper work showing that I signed for the additional bond and they pretty much ignored that request because they knew they were 100% wrong. These people are bullies and manipulative AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!

Always Available...Always Considerate,Thoughtful and Kind !!. The staff at Always Available Bail Bonds treated me as a person with dignity and respect.They did not dismiss me or my husband or thee issues that we have to face as unimportant. They were quick and sufficient,respectful and dignified.They understand thee reality that the community that we live in has to face on a daily basis and they are willing to work with you as long as you have thee respect for them that have for you. Always Available really are thee very BEST bonds agency ,in my opinion,in ALL of Pinellas county. Thank you Kathy, Stephen & staff for your professionalism and your oh so kind of hearts.You ALL made our Christmas this year to be a VERY good one! Thank you again & Happy New Year.

Allways Available to rip u off. Gave them 100$ towards a bond that wasnt needed . It has been over a month an still I have to see my $$$ Tina is rude and a rip off . and conviently is never there to give my $ back . I will never deal witht hem again

Laid Back. Friendly. I loved them! =]. IDK what everyone else is talking about but they were friendly. I had no problems what-so-ever. I made great conversations with the lady and she was hilarious.

She took care of me like a personal friend.

Just be friendly and you will get the same back.

Very, very rude and upity. These people will lie to you. Cheat you out of what ever they can get their greedy ( manicured ) hands on. I'd steer clear if I were you.

Not friendly. I wrote them a check for my cousins bond. He and I also asked them not to cash this check till Saturday, this was a Wednesday when I gave it to them. They deposited the check, I got paid to pay someone else to get money on Saturday for them, I found put they deposited the check againgst my wishes and gave me a negative balance and no way to pay my other bill. Very untrustworhy people work here and they are on the extreme slimy side.
