I cant say enough positive things about Gold & Diamond Source. I just love this store and wish I could afford to buy one of everything they offer. The selection is huge and the quality is stellar. I watch the commercials and have always been huge admirer, wishing I could visit the store on a more regular basis. With school starting back so soon, I wanted to get my daughter a little something special to start the year off right. After admiring everything in the store and wishing I could buy my daughter multiple gifts I decided on a beautiful charm bracelet that she can add to as the year passes by. What a wonderful gift and one that we will have fun adding to. The quality of all the jewelry is top of the line, the staff has always been extremely helpful and I highly recommend Gold & Diamond Source as the best jewelry store around!!

went here after seeing their commercials it is all lies they do not offer anywhere near fair prices for gold or diamonds their offer was so low it was insulting they didn't even take the diamonds into account when making an offer on a 2002 gia certified diamond ring with an appraised value of $2 270.00 their offer was $137.00 seeing that gold has quadrupled since the appraisal all I could do was walk out they are THIEVES my suggestion is you stay as far away from them as possible

Drove over and hour and a half to Gold and Diamond Source and found out they don't buy your Gold they try to steal it!

I had a 1ct Gold Diamond ring (Appraised at $6K) and they offered us $342.00...Drove back home to a local dealer and was offered $3K.

Perhaps Gold and Diamond Source expects the public to contribute to the cost of their commercials.

Thanks for NOTHING!!!

Speechless.... After a referral from a friend I drove from Sarasota to The Gold and Diamond Source in Clearwater. Julie Weintraub and Mais were a pleasure to work with. They showed me multiple ring options along with several diamonds. They even used a marker to help me visualize what the ring would look like with Emeralds on the side instead of diamonds.. They replaced the side diamonds with Emeralds for me, which I couldn't get other jewelers to do. This was at no additional cost to me. The ring looks absolutely amazing!!! I proposed on Friday night and my fiance was speechless. We couldn't be happier with the ring and the service provided. I highly recommend The Gold and Diamond Source. We will be returning for our bands before the wedding.

WORTH THE DRIVE FOR GOLD.... I just drove from Orlando to Clearwater to come to Gold & Diamond Source to sell some old gold I had laying around. I was apprehensive about the entire process plus the long drive, but having seen the commercials I decided to give it a whirl. When I got to Gold & Diamond Source one other person was in line and he was telling me what an excellent experience he had and that his mom had actually used the envelope to mail in her gold and, like clockwork, was given a hefty check in return. Next time I will mail my gold even though this was definately worth the trip. Gold & Diamond Source has the entire process figured out, they were professional and patient and I feel like I got a great deal. Selling my gold to Gold & Diamond was definately a good decision.

I will keep coming back to Gold & Diamond Source!!!. We were really happy with the service and quality we got from Gold & Diamond Source. So much so that this is where we ended up getting my engagement ring! I say "we" because I picked it out myself, basically. I've been to a ton of stores in the area and we seriously considered rings from other stores in our local aea, but we kept coming back to Gold & Diamond Source.

For starters, everyone on the staff really knows their stuff about diamonds. They explained the 4Cs and in the end we went with a lovely pear shape diamond (coming back in style!) I loved it the moment I saw it, even though the one in the store was in a different setting. The nice thing is that there's a matching band for this too so it'll sit flush and there's no need to hook anything together.

By the way, based on personal experience, if they tell you a particular stone is going to sell fast, it probably will. We originally wanted another one but my fiance procrastinated and by the time he called back (about two weeks or so later), it was gone and so were the other two we looked at. As such, when we saw this stone that was exactly the size/specs we were looking for, we jumped on it.

Service, Service and more Service. I have been to G&DS a number of times and the response time for someone to acknowledge you after walking in the door averages about 3 seconds. The amount of attention paid to new patrons is astounding. There are always enough people on hand to take care of anything you need. Even on the day before Valentine's Day someone was able to help me within a few minutes. I recently bought my wedding band at G&DS, had second thoughts and went back to see what could be done. I was outside their specified return / exchange period by a few months but was treated like it was not a problem. Mais was so helpful I would recommend her to any new customers. Everyone has lots of energy and a smile. Well worth the drive from Orlando.

I love, love, love Gold & Diamond Source. I love to make sure I am getting the best of the best when I buy jewelry...

SHOP: Let me start off by saying that this shop had one of the most professional and gorgeous looking shops. They have a beautiful showroom with all the equipment necessary to show the customer their diamond selection.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service was exceptional! The entire staff make a really good effort to find you a stone that meets your criteria. They are all very honest and will tell you if the diamond doesn't have fire and brilliance. I really liked the fact that they were technologically savvy and responded to emails in a timely manner, even after business hours.

KNOWLEDGE: Everyone was very knowledgeable and educated me on the various characteristics of a diamond (Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat). They've been in the business for quite a long time know so they know what they are talking about. Gold & Diamond Source is not like a lot of other jewelry stores,they dont have difficulty explaining what all the characteristics of the diamond are and what they really mean. I feel like Gold & DIamond Source truly understand diamonds and can explain everything you need to know to make a wise decision.

SELECTION: They have access to tons of diamonds across the US. If they cant get you the diamond that you are looking for, Im not sure it exists.

PRICING: Another thing that I liked about Gold & Diamond Source was that when I gave him my budget and found plenty of stones within my range within a day or two. A lot of other diamond stores show you whats already in the store (1-2 stones), then tell you that you have to wait another week or two to find another stone.

Based on the 25+ stores that I went to, Gold & Diamond Source pricing has been extremly competitive.

I would definitely check out his store again when I'm in the market to purchase another piece. I love the one that Gold & Diamond helped me pick out. I do believe, it is the best piece of jewelry that I currently own!! I feel excellent about my purchase and would highly recommend Gold & DIamond Source for any and all of you jewelery needs.

best place to sell Gold..... I wanted some extra cash and decided to sell some gold and silver jewelry I no longer wear. Some of my old pieces were unmarked and I was completely uncertain of their quality and extremely nervous about the whole entire, buying/selling process. However, the staff at Gold & Diamond Source did a great job describing what I had and showing me how the processed worked, putting my mind at ease. I left with much more cash than I thought I was going to receive. I will be giving the jewelry box a second look and making another trip soon. What a Great experience. I highly recommend Gold & Diamond Source!!
