I had a great experience shopping at gold and diamond source. I found the selection of jewelry to be the best in the area, the selection of mens watches and diamond tennis bracelets were also one of the best i have seen. The prices were either in line or better than the competitor. But the customer service at gold and diamond is what sold me in the end, the girl that helped me could not have been more helpful. She was patient and highly educated and ultimately helped me make the final decision in the end, which was the best decision I could have made. I will be returning to Gold and Diamond Source again, everything I experienced was of the highest quality.

My husband and I will be celebrating our 15 year Anniversary this May. He has promised an upgrade. YAY!! I would like to share with you the reason we will be going back to Gold & Diamond Source for a new ring (besides being local which is VERY important). When I was younger (10ish years old), I vividly remember visiting G&D S near University Mall in Tampa with my dad. He picked out a new ring for my mom. A jewelry box disguised as a red ornament was given to my dad to place the ring in for my mom on the Christmas Tree. I remember feeling excited for my mom, knowing what was in the "ornament." I remember the anticipation of her looking for for her present that Christmas morning. She was surprised and we were so happy for her. I also remember another Christmas where my dad wrapped another piece of jewelry from G&D S in a small box that was placed in another box that was placed in another box and then so forth until there were many boxes inside a huge microwave box. (This was in the the 1980's). She was thrilled and a little tired of unwrapping. Unfortunately their marriage did not last but the memories will. My husband and I have bought our original wedding rings from your store and look forward to upgrading very soon. See you soon!! Thank you for listening to my story!!

SUPER SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED!!! WON a chance to buy a $5000 LOOSE DIAMOND for $1000 in a contest 6 years ago. Need some cash, took it and reciept showing $4000 discount to another store for appraisal.

Was told that the diamond (IS in exceptionally GREAT condition, but) is ONLY VALUED AT $1140 according to the 'BOOKS" and "NUMBERS". The Appraiser stated that IF THEY WERE SELLING this particular diamond, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LISTED FOR ABOUT $2200!!!!

THEY HAD IT LISTED AT $4999 THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE TAXES TOO. REEEEAAAALLLLY??? THIS IS WHY I HATE TO BUY JEWELRY.

EVEN THE CONTEST DIAMOND WAS LISTED AT DOUBLE WHAT A COMPETITOR WOULD SELL IT FOR.

I HAVE A DIAMOND THAT IS ONLY WORTH $140 MORE THAN I PAID FOR IT!! SOOO IT WAS MARKED UP $3999 MORE THAN I PAID, AND ALSO $2799 MORE THAN THE COMPETITOR WOULD HAVE IT LISTED AT!! : ( : (

MY QUESTION IS: Since G&DS, says they will trade it in for the FULL PRICE on the PURCHASE OF SOMETHING ELSE, WILL I GET $4999 (WHAT IT WAS LISTED AT), OR JUST THE $1000 I PAID (thereby LOSING THE $140 of the VALUE???).

BEWARE AND BE AWARE.

IF G&DS wants to contact me to let me know which, I am waiting, BUT NOT HOLDING MY BREATH!!

NO WONDER THEY ARE WEALTHY!!!

This store has the best customer service of any jewelry store I have ever been in. And I have been in a lot. My latest trip took me in for a makeup gift for my girlfriend and I had absolutely no idea what to get her to say I was sorry. The salesgirl listened to my dilemma and then showed me a gorgeous bracelet that I purchased immediately. She even wrapped it in beautiful paper and attached a bow. You should have seen my girlfriends face when I walked in the door holding that present. She loves the bracelet and I hasnt taken it off since I gave it to her last week. It was the best makeup gift ever, Im sure I will return.

I had alot of old gold just laying around and I kept hearing those Gold & Diamond commercials on TV about turning old gold into cash. So last week, when it was raining and I was in a cleaning mood, I decided to gather all my old gold up and take it in, just to see what it was worth. Boy, am I glad I did, that old stuff turned out to be worth almost a $1000. The entire process was quick and professional and I got my money just like they said I would, right there on the spot. The store is beautiful and the selection of jewelry is amazing. I am telling all my friends and family about this fantastic deal. I highly recommend Gold & Diamond Source as the best Cash for Gold place around. I am a very satisfied customer and will keep coming back to this store.

This place is a gem. I was looking for something uniquely special for my loved one for our 10th wedding anniversary, without the impersonal, assembly line feeling found in most department/jewelry stores. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find a classic piece that my wife absolutely fell in love with. All I needed to do was give some brief descriptions of what I wanted, and they took care of the rest. They even took the time to find the perfect set of matching earrings which I will buy next year. I have lived in this area my entire life and have always shopped at Gold & Diamond Source for any and all of my jewelry needs. The staff is always helpful and they never make make me feel rushed if I want to try on multiple pieces to see how they feel. My husband is thrilled because he knows when I come home from Gold & Diamond Source that I just saved him alot of money compared to the stores in other areas where I like to shop. I have bought many many pieces of jewelry at this store and I plan on continuing to add to my collection. I love Gold & Diamond Source.

I just got the best deal on a new watch for my daughter at Gold & Diamond Source. After watching their fancy commercials I thought for sure they would be too highly priced, but at all, Gold & Diamond Source beat out several other local stores on price, plus their selection was far better and bigger than the others, too. I will continue to go to Gold & Diamond Source, the value is excellent.

My husband just surprised me with a new diamond ring and it came from Gold & Diamond Source. I am beyond thrilled with it. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I continue to get a ton of compliments on it. The cut & clarity are outstanding, far better than any other jewelry store in the local has to offer.
