RN's Stay away (they violate pay contract)

They cut their RN pay as well to 18 dollars an hour

They are just like all the other agencies

$$$ over quality of care

LPN you should reapply because they are rehiring

can't get RN staff

after the child off vent then what registered nurse takes over the vent was too much they can handle,, and main nurse license practical nurse off the case why??

• Pros: take LPN off a case who does all the work
• Cons: kid started with a vent then off of it less equuipment

BEWARE

Advanced Nursing Solutions requested my child's nurses' names and numbers, then told me they couldn't take my case.

Next they attempted to "recruit" my child's nurses away from my son's case for themselves.

I'd call that deceitful.
