Ordered flowers for Valentines day that were never delivered. Called/emailed several times to request what time they would be delivered and did not get a response (they have their answering machine answer all calls on Valentines day apparently). Called today, day after valentines, and someone actually answered. All I said was, 'HI, I'm calling about an order that wasn't delivered yesterday to make sure I wasn't charged'. The man replied 'no you weren't charged'. After another exchange it became apparent he HAD heard my messages and knew exactly who I was when I called. He did NOT apologize, offer an explanation simply stated I wasn't charged. Thanks for ruining my wife's valentines day as she was the only one at her work to not receive flowers! Beyond the quality of the flowers - which I cannot comment on because they were never delivered - a florists main responsibility especially on Valentines day and other occasions is to be dependable. When they aren't it seems like a reasonable expectation that an apology or explanation would be given. Based on my experience with Garden Shed Florist, I have to assume it is being managed/run by incompetent, unthoughtful, and miserable people.
