Found exactly what I needed. I needed to get a replacement glass for my french press coffee maker and Beans About Cooking had just what I needed.

I also purchased a bag of delicious gourmet coffee and they knew how to grind it for use in my press. I appreciated that personal touch.

The store was filled with delightful gadgets and quality cookware. It made me wish that I liked to cook!

Beans About Cooking is the Best!. The people that run this store could not be nicer or more accomadating. I love their selection of items and their prices. A small store however they have all the unigue items I was looking for. If they don't have what you want, they will get it for you.

I recommend that everyone find this store!!!!

Great alternative to the chain cooking stores. I traveled to this section of town for a yoga class and decided to stop by on my way home. I usually shop at Williams Sonoma because I am new to the area and haven't ventured out much. What an incredible find! They have a very wide selection of items that are practical and difficult to find as well as some very unique servings pieces. I found four items I have been looking for online and now I don't have to pay shipping! The shop owners are personable and not pushy - just there to help you find what you need and answer questions. I strongly recommend a visit.

I love this place. This place endeared itself to me through its customer service. I went in on Christmas Eve in need of a fillet knife to butcher a 6 lb. tenderloin into manageable fillets for beef wellington. I'd been all over town and hadn't found what I needed. I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by a sales associate (I hadn't even been able to tackle anyone in the bigger stores to help me, let alone been approached unsolicited). When I told him what I needed, he asked me a few questions to narrow down the right knife for me, and within five minutes I was out the door and off to prep Christmas dinner. So whether I'm taking my time to leisurely browse or know just what I want but need an expert to show me the right product to get the job done, this place delivers.

Very Customer Focused. Best Customer Service.. I had an old Perfex salt mill purchased about 8 years ago from Williams&Sonoma, which broke. Called W&S and their attitude was, "oh well!" Went to Beans About Cooking. Not only did they REPLACE the mill at no cost, they didn't even charge me shipping and handling. All I had to do was bring in my old mill. Now that's what I call customer service!
