Master Cuts

Horrible Management. I walked in to get my hair colored at Master Cuts at countryside mall. This was my first time here and was approached by a stylist who I came to find out was the manager. In the beginning she seemed to know what she was talking about and convinced me to add highlights to my hair. She set me under the dryer and said she was going to have a ciggerette and she would be right back,so I nodded and she left. about 45 minutes later she came back stumbling into the salon! She walked right by me,so I grabbed the attention of one of the other stylist and said "excuse me but I have been under this dryer for over 45 minutes with bleach in my hair could someone please rinse my hair out?"...The manager came back and asked me to go to the shampoo bowl,she smelled like beer and smoke,and when she began to rinse my hair she was very brutal. Water was going everywhere,and I begged her to stop. She ended up frustrated and asked one of her other stylist to finish my hair because she did not want to "deal" with me anymore. On top of everything I ended up spending $120.00!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! That salon has a very rude,discusting manager and I will NEVER go back!…
