Awesome Awnings. I'm not sure what the others are talking about, there must be more to the story. I received a free quote and then received a written quote for the same amount. I hired them and a few weeks later, just as promised, my awnings were installed. I needed some adjustments and they worked with me, above and beyond what was their responsiblity. Thanks Blue Wave!

Be Aware: Blue Wave Awning is Not Licensed or Insured!!. A salesman from Blue Wave came to my home to provide a free estimate. His quote was the cheapest by far, but he was very shifty when I asked him about their license & insurance credentials. He tried to show me their business tax receipt and claim this was their license. I later ran across a friend who actually used them, because they were the cheapest, and she was very disappointed with the outcome. She said they were meaningfully late relative to what they had promised, very difficult to reach, and very unresponsive about returning phone calls. The quality of the product was also substandard. I guess you really do get what you pay for. In any event, hopefully some others will be able to benefit from our experiences. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
