Horrible! Allan is a douche, changed the price when he picked us up, he kicked people off the bus in TAMPA, he did not bring us to our drop point. He was rude and unfriendly. Absolutely nasty. Worse experience on a party bus ever!

The Best Birthday Ever!. I rented the Party Bus for my birthday and it was great! The driver and our bartender were super friendly. Everyone that came had a great time. We even went over our time limit and were able to extend. I would recommend this to anyone and will surely rent the bus again!

Thank you!!!!. Thank you for allowing me to pay you at the beginning of the night of the rental. It made it very convenient for us and the kids. The kids loved the large flat screen tv and DVD player, as well as the newly upgraded sound system. I've rented for a few years now for various proms and dances for my kids and even though the past years were great too, the new digital lights as well as all the upgrades were great to see and made the kids very happy! They had a great night and as you know happy kids = happy parents! Keep up the good work and look forward to many more years of rentals!!!

WHAT A FUN NIGHT!!. We rented the Super Bus for a birthday party which had about 20+ people on it. We had Allen as a driver as well and a girl server. The server was very courteous and handled everyone's drink selection well - though there were many different, and possibly odd requests. Allen was very nice to us, even when we asked him to make almost 5 different stops for us. He never complained. People were constantly getting on and off at different stops, yet there were no complaints from the driver. We brought our own music and movie on the bus and everyone danced and sang and had an all around awesomwe night! We paid the driver the amount he quoted us at the beginning of the night and tipped the server throughout the night with a bonus at the end. All my people had a great time and I would HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE rent from Party Bus USA!!! Great job guys!!!

This is a GREAT company, I know first hand.. I read the reviews and feel SORRY for the people that wrote them they need to get a life. I feel they are adults and no one can make you do anything you don't want. they seemed to have made the night.

I rented the SUPER BUS for 40 people form PARTY BUS USA for my girlfriend's 40th birthday and we filled the bus. The driver name was Allen and bar person was Elizabeth, I have nothing but the BEST to say about both, would love to have these two people as personal friends. Everything went like a clock, when we ran out of time we were told and each person chipped in 5 bucks and we did another hour of the most fun we ever had. When some people get drunk they get rude and think that other people are even more rude but only trying to help and I believe they should not take it out on people that are just trying to help. Being drunk which is what happens on a party bus doesn't mean you can be RUDE. bad reviewers get a life, you never said you didn't have a good time.

Horrible!. When the bus arrived, the bartender and driver seemed to be friendly and the bus looked to be in decent shape. Then we began on our journey out on the town. It started raining almost immediately and the bus started leaking pretty heavily in 2 different places. One spot was towards the front and the other was in the middle of the bus. Both spots were leaking on people, which would be their customers. When we told them about the leaks, they said they knew and that they ordered the parts but didn't have time to install them. Their excuse was that they didn't think it would be a big deal because it doesn't rain very often. My question would be where do they think they live? It is July and it is summer! It rains every day and they should not have let their bus leave the premises without being repaired first. If they had not known, that would be one thing. They knew and still let it happen. Second, the driver was writing out her time log while driving which kind of frightened us seeing as how she is driving a huge bus with 20 people on it. I think her eyes should be on the road and they were once we confronted her about the issue. Lastly, the driver was extremely rude when we were going to run over on time. I will never hire this company ever again!!

Great Night!. We all had such a great time. The sound system was amazing, the bus was on time, clean and had a surprisingly plush limo-like interior with a dance floor and beautiful glass block bar. We all had a blast. I was so surprised when I read the other review. We had Allen as our driver as well and thought he was a hoot. They do expect reasonable behavior from their guests. Perhaps that was an issue. Would highly recommend.

Horrible Beware!!!!!. The bus was outdated, the bathroom was filthy, only half the lights worked, the driver Allan was so RUDE! It’s expensive and as soon as they had the cash in their hand it was downhill from there! The bus went up in smoke and we were kicked off the bus for 45min and did not get reimbursed! The next day the manager Dave basically told me to get over it! This company has horrible customer service! Beware and Don’t rent from them unless you want to burn over a $1,000 !!!
