Every time we order something to go they mess it up. Its always loud in there and the person on the phone tries to rush you through the order..so of course they'd get it wrong! I called them and they told me I can order it online next time, I guess that will remove some of the problems. Their food use to be really good, but It hasn't been at its best in awhile. Its always cold...if I even get what I order. If you go in the restaurant to order, expect to be there for awhile, the service sucks.

Old and Cold Food. My wife and I went there on a Monday and the wings and fries were old and cold!! Had to be left overs from Sunday. Only comment we got from the waitress was that a different chef comes in Mondays and "sometimes he just uses the stuff he finds left in the kitchen" ! No offer to replace the food with anything hot and obviously no offer to adjust the bill. The place epitomizes the old saying, "can't complain about the service, there wasn't any." Leave this one to the locals who think Chili's is fine dining. This place sucks!!

The best wings around!. I have been going to Mugs on Missouri for years now. It was a favorite when I was in high school before and after games and birthday dinners. I was originally addicted to the honey barbeque boneless wings for a while, but I am currently obsessed with the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with blue cheese dressing to dip it in. The atmosphere is great and I would recommend this place to everyone!! You won't find better.

Great Lunch!!!. Our company goes here at least once a week for lunch or takeout!! The prices for lunch cannot be beat!!! Especially their lunch specials...

The food is delicious and fresh! The atmosphere is nice, and the restaurant is very clean!

If you have never been, they have the BEST boneless wings, and bleu cheese!!!!!

The Best Everything!!!. Delicious!!! I am one of those types that has to try different things on the menu... My husband will get the same thing EVERY TIME!! He LOVES their steak, and filet tips, and chicken fingers!!!

I love EVERYTHING on the menu... And they have the best sauces to go with all the food... They have the BEST bleu cheese and honey mustard....

Everywhere we go for lunch or dinner has raised their prices, and yet you get less food... You go to mugs, and it's tons of food, great atmosphere, great servers!

So Much More than your regular Sports Bar!!!. I have been to Mugs on Missouri so many times I can not even try to count them. I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is so friendly and they know all the regulars by name and can even tell you what they order on a regular basis. This is the closest place to CHEERS in Clearwater. I have never had a menu item I did not like but my all time favorites are the blackened chicken caesar salad, the steak philly (when I am feeling naughty), and the newest addition to my favorite list is the Buffalo Chicken wrap (I get it with the beans n rice with it mmmmmm). I better stop because I am making myself hungry just thinking about all the yummyness that Mugs on Missouri has to offer. To top it all off they have a full liquor bar with a Happy Hour that last all day, everyday..ya can't beat that. Mugs on Missouri is my all around go to spot for awesome food, great service, thirst quenching adult beverages and all my sports viewing needs!!!

MUGS...it's a no brainer!. I remember the first time I visited Mugs. I was SHOCKED! Not the usual "Wing" restaurant. And every time I've been there, I've not been disappointed. Even when family comes in town, it's the first place we take them. TOTALLY recommend it!!!!

Best Wings!!!. Mugs has the best wings, hands down. I have tried other places and not one other restuarant can compare to this one. The staff has always been wonderful everytime I've been and I would recommend everyone to try Mugs Grill & Bar!

Great Food, Great Fun. Mugs has the best food!!! The prices are cheaper then fast food, but the atmosphere is great!!! All the televisions, all the specials, everything is great!

My new favorite. Are these people serious?? This establishment is my new hideaway, From the food to the staff to there many and I mean many tvs. The only boneless wing I have ever had that wasnt frozen, the sauce choices like 13 of them you cannot go wrong. Burgers so big i needed a third hand. Keep doing what your doing Mugs on Missouri cause it works.

PS To whoever these other comments are from dont be such a jerk. Maybe you should stay home and eat cereal. If the food is bad everytime maybe you are just hard to please
