Mug's On Missouri. I've been going to Mug's since I moved to Clearwater. The staff has always been great, the food is consistently good with large portions and fair pricing, drinks are tasty and served with a smile. T.v. s are everywhere and if you like to belt out some "skareoke" as it would sound like if I did it Mug's is the place. I promise you will never hear me do kareoke.
Mugs on Missouri ROCKS!. I've been following Abe Moussa and his best wings ever for well over 10 years. By far, the biggest, juiciest, best tasting wings ever. Most everything on the menu is good...not like "bar food" at all. Give it a try!
LOVE Mugs on Missouri!!. Mugs has Great food, Wonderful wait staff, Yummy Drinks, and the BEST OF ALL, You get your food for your buck here! Have you tried to eat all your Boneless? The Burgers you can I could share, and what about them Buff chicken Sandwiches?? Hmmm thats what I like, when you can go out with the way things are today (money) and still have a great time, good food, laid back waitstaff without breaking your walet! I think we need somemore Mugs in Pinellas Park, St Pete, Clearwater,Spring Hill, New Port Richey..Ok I'll stop Im sure you get the Point.MUGS IS Great! If you have never been your missing out,I bet if you go once it wont be your last time..Ps: Try Med sauce!! YUMMY!!!
FANTASTIC FOOD and best prices in town!. We go there a lot because it is near our office and I can tell you folks, no where in town will you get this quality of food (and quantity) for this price! I had to write because my last meal was so good, I just had to let everyone know! The filet steak tips dinner for $9.95 was OUTSTANDING!!! It was enough for me for three meals! The fish sandwiches here are to die for; the tilapia and 'imposter' sandwich are all huge and under $8, and that comes with sides as well! Have never had a bad meal here. I just wish there was one near me in Palm Harbor so I could go more often!

Food, Family, Football, Fun!.
My family as a whole or in smaller groups visit Mugs on Missouri at least once a week, sometimes more. We like the boneless wings, the fish, fresh salads and more. No one ever leaves hungry and we usually ask for Tall Sam who is great but have had good service with just about everyone there.
We normally call ahead just in case there is a wait and they put us on the list so our wait isn't so long.
We eat out a lot and this is one of our favorites on a budget!
So So, so if you don't expect much.
I have gone there many times over the last few years. I have noticed that the owner takes constructed criticisim very personal. The ranch dressing taste good but is so runny you could drink it with a straw. My guess is that they are trying to save money on food costs. They charge you extra for requesting the fries that already come with the wings to be on a seperate plate if you want to prevent sauce on your fries. Instead they offer to put them in sauce soaked wax paper next to the saucey wings. Uhmmmm!!!, nothing better tasting than soggy wax paper in your food.
Drinks are measured with care. You would be lucky to get a half of glass of wine (half full or half empty, you decide). I guess a glass to them means that they put a little bit of wine in a glass. Expect a lot of ice in small glasses for the mixed drinks. I would sugest sticking with beer, that way you know what you are getting. Happy hour specials can get confussing. They tend to change them often, and when they do, they don't seem to make much sense.
Service can be another problem some are good some are really bad. I suggest that if you go often try to stick with one girl that you have liked. It takes a little work on your part though, by memorizing her schedule. It is best to have a back up just in case you got it wrong or when she has called in sick. Last but not least the uniform. I'm not really sure what the dress code is. Some wear revealing, some wear jerseys, some might as well be in a snowmobile suites. I'm not sure if they are going for the hooter concept or if they are going for the weirdest dressed. My personal preference is the former of course.
I give it a 2 rating for the patrons and the atmosphere. It can be fun to talk to other patrons about any subject, even including all that is above.

Great Food - Service depends upon who you get.
First - let me address one issue some reviewer had here. This is NOT Mugs and Jugs ( anymore) It is NOT Hooters - the place with the cute owls ;) It is Mugs on Missouri. If you come here looking for girls with nice boobs your going to be disappointed. If your coming for good food - then you will be happy. The french dip is really good - best in town. Wings also good. Service ranges from Exceptionally Good.
To inattentive - incompetent - and uncaring. Just depends on who you get. If it is bad - just do what I do and fire the waitress ask for someone else to take care of you. The manager is a decent guy and will listen - he actually does seem to care.
The waitstaff here is a constant revolving door. But apparently they have chosen to keep the same cooks as the food is always good. It is always clean also. Based on me going about 20X in the last few years.
Karaoke during dinner can be fun - or horrible entertainment - again just depends on who you get up there singing. The bar section in front is usually where I sit because the barmaid can also serve you food. Good place to go if you are eating alone. Usually other patrons at bar are decent people. Prices are fair and reasonable.
Best wings in town!. We went to Mugs on Missouri with my family from Germany. They loved the atmosphere and specially the wings. Waitress was very nice and very friendly. The place was very clean including the bathrooms.
Great food for the family at the right price.
Abe, the owner, takes a personal interest in how everything turns out at Mugs. You can tell he really cares for his staff which means they are happy, which means they work harder to make their customers happy.
The food is very good and there's a wide variety. It's a great place to take a family. We have four kids and they all loved going there.
