Mixed Review. My Brother, a doctor from Michigan, and his wife were at a convention on Clearwater Beach. My wife and I, from Winter Haven, were looking for a Chinese restaurant to eat at and visit. The Panda was a perfect fit. The Food, service and price was great. We had a very nice meal and visit until we had to visit the rest room. None of us has ever seen a worse restroom in any place we have ever been. It was filthy and hadn't been cleaned in ages. After seeing the restrooms we paid our bill and immediately tossed the "doggie bag" we would have brought home. I am sorry we saw the rest rooms because I will never return for an otherwise great experience.

Great Food. The Panda is a small neighborhood restaurant on the edge of downtown Clearwater. We have been regulars for more than thirty years. It has been under the same ownership for nearly thirty of those years. The food is the best basic and freshly prepared Chinese cooking in Pinellas County and some of the best in the country.
