Frank Lovett and Phil Bennis are my saviors. I walked into a dealership being a single woman and was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated. My salesman Frank seemed truly concerned and listened to me. He consulted with the used car manager, Phil, who immediately introduced himself and helped Frank find me the perfect car. A great value in my budget. They both listened and cared about my needs. Frank made the process seamless and Phil made sure to let me know he would resolve any problems or issues that didn't suit my needs with the financing or the car. Thank you!!

Our Honda Civic was recently flooded by Tropical Storm Debby and was considered a total loss by the insurance company. Crown Honda's service advisor, Joe Raponi, was more than helpful during this incident and provided outstanding service and information for our benefit. Shortly thereafter, we decided to buy a used Honda from Crown, and sales consultant, Derrick Silvers, knowing the full extent of our recent troubles, and our recent move from Orlando to St. Petersburg, went above and beyond to make our purchase experience painless. Thank you so much Crown Honda. We greatly appreciate everything that you have done for us.

Crown Honda Pinellas Park Fl. I recently bought a 2012 Accord from Neal Turoff at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. I am a first time Honda buyer and this was my first new car in 12 years. Neal patiently walked me through the process and explained every feature on the car. He had me test drive it twice just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I would highly reccomend both Crown Honda and Neal.

Beautiful car, great overall sales experience!. My husband and I went to Crown Honda looking for a dependable, attractive, pre-owned car. Our sales rep, Derrick Silvers, patiently listened and then helped us narrow down our choices based on what WE wanted - not simply what would boost the sale price. We finally decided on a 2003 Accord, which was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We both love it - it meets all of our specs, and we didn't feel rushed or "bulldozed" in the process of selecting it. Although we know that our Accord will last for many years, when we are ready to buy another vehicle we will definitely be asking for Derrick Silvers at Crown Honda!

simply, the best. Crown Honda is a five-star model for service delivery among auto dealerships. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased or leased more than 10 vehicles from the dealership. They are certainly competitive in location and price, but the continued high level of customer service is the single factor that has brought me back again and again as a satisfied customer.
