I have dealt with david reynolds a few times and its obvious they try to gauge your knowledge for exploitation instead of being fair to all customers...its a glorified pawn shop...very inconsistent, one guy will tell you one thing and the other gay will tell you something else ...unless you are over the age of 50 or an obvious member of the gay community these guys will try to rob you blind...if you are between the ages of 18 and 40 they treat you like you are a thief the moment you walk thru the door....if you are shopping any jewelry/coins go to international diamond center...which is head and shoulders better in every way than david Reynolds...no comparison...its not even an opinion its a fact...I urge u to see for yourself....if u must deal with david Reynolds ask for Shane.

BestJewelers & Custom Work Anywhere. Shane the custom jewelry designer is the best in the land. VERY pleasant to work with & very knowledgeable. I have had several custom pieces made, I get compliments all the time and tell people where they came from. We would not trust anyone else. We have purchased other items as well and been treated very well by the owners and staff. We love the family friendly feeling of David Reynold's Jewelers, we tell all our friends and now you. Get in there to see them you certiany will not be dissapointed

The Best and Fair Jewelry & Coins Store by Far. Best Experience!!! Run, Don't Walk or you'll miss out!!!

I have the best experience at David Reynold's. The staff and Jewelers are so knowledgeable and helpful. They have the best price in town and are well known to be the fairest by far in prices to buy from and sell to. Their quality of workmenships on custom jewelers or repairs are superb. I do not hesitate to refer any of my friends and family to David Reynold's because I am so confident that they will be taken care of. I have been in customer service industry for many years and have trained people in customer care, they have earned 10 out of 10 rating from me. Thank you sooooo much for my fine jewelers and especially my amazing wedding ring that the Jewelers have design specifically for my taste. David Reynold's will have my business and everyone that I encounter.

Horrible Experience! Stay clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!. Horrifying experience. Bought a custom $600 dollar ring. It was supposed to be a recreation of a ring I had lost. The ring I received was all wrong. The jeweler was extremely rude and unwilling to fix the mistakes he had made. So I was forced to take the ring that was not made to the specifications I had ordered.

As if that wasn't enough the stone on my ring cracked the second day I wore it. So I took the ring back in to the store, thinking that they would of course replace the faulty stone for free, they pretty much laughed in my face and told me was my fault and that I would have to pay another $120 to replace the stone. So then I would've been $720 out and who knows if the new stone would break again. Now all I'm left with is a $600 whole in my bank account and a broken ring. Don't waste your money! Find a different jeweler.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!

The Place to go for Custom Jewelry. If you want custom jewelry this is the place to go. The Jeweler is talented and knowledgeable, and will work with you to get that perfect piece that is you. Customer service is terrific, whether you are selling gold, buying coins or a special piece of jewelry their prices are unbeatable.

Honest and Helpful. Today I sold some gold coins at David Reynold's, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I called many local stores, and they offered me by far they best price. Over the phone and in person, I was treated in a friendly and professional way. They delivered exactly what they said they would with no muss or fuss.

They also consulted with me about an altering a ring, and took the time to make measurements and offer their best recommendations.

Will definitely do business again -- I just found my jeweler.

St. Petersburg's Finest Jewelry Store. The Gemologist / jeweler on staff was incredibly knowledgeable. He helped to educate my fiance on the finer points of choosing a diamond for a beautiful custom made (at David Reynolds) engagement ring. I couldn't be happier:)

THE BEST IN PINELLAS COUNTY. Wonderful staff makes each individual feel special and the personable one on one service is superior.

The inventory is magnificient like no other in town and many one of a kind unique selections to choose from. Go see for yourself and I'm sure you will agree.

Poor customer service. I thought they were very rude... I was not helped at all. Inconvenient location. Not enough parking. Poor selection and I can better prices on line... How can you do business this way?
