My favorite agency of all time. We have been their customers for over 10 years. They always went out of their way to find me, my husband the best rate for car insurance. Our parents recommended them because they, too, are long time customers :-)

Easy to do business. They handle all my insurance for car and house. The staff has changed in the past few months, but they are always helpful and will get an answer if they don't have one right away. Mr. Trump always remembers me and the name of my children. He seems to be one of the last insurance people who give a hoot about you. I won't deal with an 800#, I like having an Agent and staff to help me.

If you could only do it yourself. The "customer service" is really lacking at this agency. I have had to do all the leg work myself. The receptionist answers the phone but the agent is NEVER there when you need them.
