Very Dissapointed ! Palm Harbor Location. Went to Silverberg Palm Harbor. Thought this was a very reputable company. What a huge deception and mistake. We were told the ring we were purchasing was high quality tungsten carbide. We were told this ring was not going to scratch or break and was the strongest material on the market.

We were also told the small diamond in the ring would not be an issue. That they take extra measures in craftsmanship to ensure the diamond is set differently. Twice now the ring has broken, and now completely split in half. This does not happen if it were true tungsten carbide..

I now found out later it was not the tungsten carbide I was told. Apparently this is a common fraudulant sales pitch. So DO NOT buy Triton because it is made in China and they make them a dime a dozen. Silverberg does not warranty ,guarantee or stand behind their products. Now I know why.

Secondly, The prices are so jacked up in the store you think you are getting this great deal. When in fact you will still be spending more than the actual retail price when they are finished with you !!! Don't be fooled by this, as the over inflated appraisal they give you does not reflect the true value . So disappointed, out my money, and on the hunt for a new wedding ring for my husband.

I was so upset, that I felt the need to get the word out, so others would not go through what I have. In this economy, situations like this are becoming the norm.

I just hope I can find a real ring that should last a lifetime. Afterall, this was a wedding ring.
