New air conditioner. Very happy with the company. The installers were cautious wit our home. They wore cloth booties over their shoes, put runners down on our wood floors and they were very courteous young men.

Great people and servic e. The office staff and the guys who did the installation were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an old system that was costing me a fortune on my electric bill and the salesperson, who was also the president of the company, showed me what it would cost to put in a new one. My electric bill was way lower than May of last year and it is so much more quiet. I did get another estimate and it was nearly $200 less but I felt a lot more comfortable with an established factory authorized company. I hope I don't need anything else for a while but if I do Im calling them again. A++++

Poor Service. 2 very expensive systems were installed in my home. When one went out it took ACQ a week to repair the problem. They did not come out when they said they would. It has been a terrible experience. I would not use them again for any type of work.
