Top Quality Customer Service. My wife and I (and friends) have eaten at this particular restaurant many times and had no reason to interact with the Management, until yesterday. The experience was exactly what one would expect of a 5-Star establishment. We had a minor problem with a carry-out item the day before and the manager, Mr. Chris Churchill, took care of the situation with a very concerned and professional effort. This writing is NOT about the replaced meal, it IS about the professional concern, wonderful attitude and care of the Management. I have been a food industry professional for 50 years, having owned 5 restaurants and a catering company, where I taught my employees to always demonstrate the care, concern and professionalism this Manager did to resolve the situation. I recognize and appreciate good service and I'm sure Mr. Churchill will have a very bright future in the industry with his positive attitude. You can be assured that the quality of food and service will always be present at this restaurant when this Manager is on board. Thumbs up to him and to the corporate management for selecting him to run the operation. That will pay big dividends to us the consumers in the quality of food and service. You can't go wrong on this place with Chris there.
