The waitress asked if we wanted coffee
or juice to start off our breakfast, we said we wanted both. She asked if we wanted small or large, we both said large. She returned with both drinks and asked us for our order...we stated that we wanted the "Special" which has eggs, bacon, bread, juice and coffee...
She said you cant get that because you already ordered a large juice. Okay??? The menu does not state that the juice was small. Well can you add the $0.40 extra on the price of the "Special". Replied, "No, I cant not do that, you already got the large orange juice and the 'Special' come with the small one."
What?? Are you serious. Ok, let me ask again. The "Special" is around $7.60, but now we have to pay for everything separate, which brings the total to $9.54. This is not a big deal, just wanted to pay for what I am getting. So we are paying a total of $4.00 extra for maybe 4oz's of orange juice. The waitress replied, "I cannot do that, he will not let me." Okay, let me talk with him...
Kenny (Owner) stated, "If you order A' la carte, you pay the A' la carte price." The menu doesn't stated that it is small or large, and we are wanting to pay the difference and be fair.
That's right ladies and gentlemen, this is how you will be treated should you feel insane to enter this establishment. Its not that big of a deal; however, I felt you should know they will take advantage of you when they can.
I will NOT return to this establishment again.
