We spend half of the year on St. Pete beach and this has been our gym for 18 years. The staff is so friendly! The locker-rooms and workout area are sparkling clean and updated. A few fun classes are - Pilates, Zumba and Spin. My husband likes the weight area and the spinning. If you are seasonal or just visiting the beach then don't event waste your time with any others. One hint, try to stay away at their busy times from 8-10am. If you have to go at that time their is a big lot behind the building to park in.
Pros: CLEAN and Friendly
Cons: no pool

This Gym is great! I went with a couple of my girlfriends just to give it a try and ended up joining. The staff is really friendly, great equipment and a very extensive Fitness Schedule as well as a Cycling Schedule. The instructors are amazing and the facility in it's entity is very clean. I would recomend anybody to check it out you will not be disappointed
