My experience renting a pontoon from Frenchy's was excellent! I have rented pontoons before in the St. Pete Beach area and never had such a wonderful experience. The pontoon was in really great shape and the staff just couldn't do enough to help us. I had called another marina before Frenchy's and the price was $100 more for 1 hour less time. I will go back to Frenchy's every time I am in St. Pete. Thanks again guys for the wonderful boating experience.....

Rude workers!. Terrible customer service, My cousins and I rented Jet Ski's and it was fun but the workers were R.U.D.E! As I was pulling my jet ski back in the guy that was guiding me in made me drift into the bridge and I cut my leg but when I got off they didn't even bother to see if I was okay they started looking to make sure I the bridge didn't damage the jet ski! And then after paying $90 to jet ski, the lady told me I should tip the guys $15-$20 for DRIFTING in to the bridge! There was NO way I was doing that! And I didn't even damage it!

ST PETE BEACH BEST BOAT RENTAL. Having been around this area a few times, this is the best place to rent a boat.

We really enjoyed our boating day and we saw lots of dolphins. We went for a swim on Shell Island and came back exploring the intracoastal waterway.

The boat was very well maintained and everything worked fine.

Everybody was nice and we will rent again.

terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Entire staff was rude and condescending. We rented from them because of location to our hotel. We will be back to area BUT WOULD NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!

Frenchy's Jet Ski & Boat Rntls. I had the 19 foot bowrider which was a pretty nice boat. The boat performed well and was easy on gas. Loved the Yamaha engine! Started up easy and was fairly quiet. The guys who help you with the boat briefing were friendly and eager to help load your supplies. The location is pretty good. It gives you easy access to either the gulf or the intercoastal waterway. The boat had nice storage and built in ladders on bow and stern of the craft.Be prepared to spend about $350 for a 6 hour rental. That covers all the extras.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I rented a boat and had a very bad experience with customer service and the boat, which was in very bad condition. First, one of my kids got hurt with an improper screw placed in the boat. Second, the boat trim was not working properly so that we had to spend two hours to return to the marina (when it takes no more than 45 minutes). The owner did not do anything to assist us considering that we had four children. Then, he used tactics to clean his resposabilities and mistakes. I decided to write this review for all you guys to stay away from this business and please read all the reviews. You will notice that my case has not been the first one.

AWESOME!!!!. We rented a boat from Frenchy's Jet Ski & Boat Rentals and had a wonderful time. The boat was in great condition and the service excellent. The entire family was very happy and we will be back next year! Thank you!

NICE JET SKIS BUT VERY RUDE & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went here for a Jet ski rental. Their Jet skis are good but owner had very bad customer service. It seems that he hates customers coming in. Owner is not very friendly and very intimidating. Came here to enjoy and have fun but ended up disappointed and upset by the way I was treated. All other employees are OK except for the owner.

I will not recommend this place. Any product should be complemented with a good customer service but unfortunately this place lacks human touch and appreciation for the business that a customer gives them. They don't treat their customer with respect and very arrogant with the way they do business with you.

Excellent service. I rented a boat and jet ski from Frenchy's and I was very impressed. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the prices were very resaonable. I will return and give them my business again without question.
