Terrible Service. called to dispute an overcharged and the owner responded by asking why i sounded like a "F*&king nerd". Taken aback, I voiced by shock and was met by "come down here white boy and I'll kick your a*s in the parking lot." I wasn't very appreciative of this service, especially as

I intended to be respectful in the first place as to resolving this discrepancy.
