whites only. I arrived with a mixed group of individuals. We waited 15 minutes before we were told what we ordered wasn't available - despite listening to other patrons request the same food. It's a step in time.... a time worth forgetting..... whites only welcomed

If you're craving meatloaf or maybe a fat burger with all the trimmings, this is the place to go.. The Scene
Inside, it looks like a classic New Jersey diner made from a railroad car: shiny tile floor, big booths, retro music playing on the jukebox. Big plates arrive with huge mounds of spuds and hot veggies, creamy pools of gravy and mountains of meat. Pies beckon temptingly from their case.

The Food
The comprehensive menu covers

everything: burgers, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, open-faced turkey sandwich, pork chops or chicken-fried steak. Finish with a hefty dessert, and you're ready for another day at the beach.

I've not found a better Place. The STARLITE DINER is the place I was waiting for. A place where I can actually get great food.

The Best Breakfast I've tried is the "Anglo Feast"

Their Coffee is great as they use coffee beans freshly ground for every carafe of Coffee made including Decaf all put in a large tall mug (small are available) but no need to keep calling the waitress's for more refills.

It's the cleanest place I've been to, the restrooms have a Sanitizer for the toilet seat !! That's how conscious they are of health and hygiene.

Their waffles n' hotcakes are the best around, but I just think all their food is the best around, even their burgers, onion rings, "Blue Plate Specials", Diner favorites and their home made ice cream milkshakes. I need no longer go searching for a great place to eat. Their menu has lot's of great choices.

Best on the Beach. Oversize meals beautifully prepared and served by the friendliest staff in town. Only complaint is I have lived in the area 4 years and just discovered the treasure chest of culinary delite. Every thing is available for take out, just in case you are not up to relaxing with good company, listening to the tunes of the '60's!!

Step back to the '60's. Excellent food, great prices, friendly staff, and great tunes - What more could you ask for?
