The Scene
Inside, it looks like a classic New Jersey diner made from a railroad car: shiny tile floor, big booths, retro music playing on the jukebox. Big plates arrive with huge mounds of spuds and hot veggies, creamy pools of gravy and mountains of meat. Pies beckon temptingly from their case.
The Food
The comprehensive menu covers
everything: burgers, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, open-faced turkey sandwich, pork chops or chicken-fried steak. Finish with a hefty dessert, and you're ready for another day at the beach.

I arrived with a mixed group of individuals. We waited 15 minutes before we were told what we ordered wasn't available - despite listening to other patrons request the same food. It's a step in time.... a time worth forgetting..... whites only welcomed
