The boys at Shaner's only buy corn feed meat and chicken no anti-biotics, best meat in town bar none. you do what to by in volume to get the best price and stash in the freezer. chicken boneless skin less and they will buter fly it for you 2.99 a pound. Rib Eyes 6.99 and they are smoking good on the grill

Good but watch their fingers on the scales....

The fish selection is hit or miss, sometimes really good, sometimes things look like they may have been sitting there awhile... If you find a good piece & they weigh it to tell you how much the piece is, make sure you note the weight... I've found on 2 occasions that the "informative" weight has been different than the weight I paid for... someone behind the counter has a bit of a "lame finger" that seems to rest on the scale when they're printing the price ticket. The sandwiches are really very good!

Great fresh seafood.

They have their own boats that go out into the gulf. Great steaks, stuffed chicken breasts, bacon wrapped shrimp and twice baked potatoes! I only wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often.

• Pros: Great seafood. A lot better than the supermarket
• Cons: Too far away from where I live ;)
