Appalling controllers. DON'T USE.
Ijust tried making a reservation with BATS Taxi for a wedding party and the controller couldn't be any less helpful. He wasn't interested and refused to give a price or take a booking, and eventually just hung up.
The website contact form also doesn't work, so if this is any indication of how the rest of the business is run -STAY CLEAR!!

THE MOST EFFICIENT CAB COMPANY IN THE AREA. OVERALL THE COMPANY, DRIVERS AND PERSONNEL ARE THE BEST THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING CABS FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVE HAD AWESOME TLC FROM EVERYONE. THEY ARE THE BEST FOR TIME CALLS FOR FUTURE PLANS FOR TRANSPORTATION. THEY ALSO HAVE BEAUTIFUL TOWNCARS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND/OR PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT.
