I made an appt to see Dr. Rubin per the recommendation of a coworker. I have dealt with chronic pain for many years throughout my body. I have seen neurologists, rheumatologists, orthopedists and just about every other "-ologist." My chronic pain was looked upon with skepticism and was made to feel like they thought I was famking for medications. I have been working with Dr. Rubin to correct biomechanical issues, but the greatest discorvery has been Isabelle and the changes I have made nutritionally. I am a believer that when you change the food you eat and you can change your life.

Being a competitive athlete, I've found the proper injury rehab must come from many methods. Dr. Rubin has incorporated key injury rehabilitation aspects, getting me back to national competition.

Excellent as long as I do my exercises and my pain goes away. My lower back pain is finally going away after the exercises I've learned from Dr. Rubin

After getting the treatments, I felt better once I learned that I had a sensitivity to gluten and did not eat gluten for a 1 week. I feel so much better.

I've been coming here for 3 months now to treat my tennis elbow. Everything is going excellent and I'm able to play tennis again.

My D.O. sent me to a phsical therapist and after going for 3 weeks and no results, I asked Dr. Rubin to help me. After 2 sessions of ART and a massage with Robin, I can lift my arm over my head without any pain. I am on my way to a full recovery.

The program that they've suggested for me has been working and has made me so much more aware of what I'm eating and how it's affecting me, more than just my weight going up or down.
