Dis-Honest, Un-Reliable....all talk....NO action.
Rene, the owner of Action Imports, markets his shop as European car "experts". What you want out of a repair shop are expert mechanics you can trust that will charge you fairly. Over the past 2
years I have found that Rene and his two mechanics, can NOT be trusted, do poor work on anything but a very simple repair and should be avoided at all costs. Rene offers a "1 year warranty" for any work that he does, but can't seem to back it up. Over a 2 year period I trusted Rene to fix the oil leak in my 2001 VW Passat. Replaced a water pump...part FAILED in under a year, Replaced valve cover gaskets 3 TIMES...all FAILURES!!! The last time Rene said "we found the leak, it will be an easy fix" Wrote up that he had replaced the left side valve cover gasket again. Repair FAILED in less than 48 hours. Finally had to go to another shop to have the work done property.

Incredibly Honest, Professional, Reliable & Expert.
The first time I entered the shop was ten years ago. I had just moved into the neighborhood. My business was in its infancy and I drove an old Volvo. The car had been making frightening noises which
left me insecure about driving any distance with my little girl. Renee examined my car thoroughly and after several minutes removed the offending part. I was relieved and grateful; doubly grateful when Renee refused to charge me.
He's been my mechanic ever since, through major repairs to minor. Today, my business is thriving, my daughter's nearly grown and I drive a Mercedes. I would trust no one else with my car.
I know whenever my car needs anything, he will be there, address the problem quickly, expertly and honestly. Action Imports has my highest recommendation.

Honest, Honest , Honest. Reene is such an honest man which is very important to me. I can stop by at any min and he will take a look at me car. I'm so happy I was told about him. And the fact that his lot is always full always helps!!!!!!!…
Efficient and timely repair. I've had my care repaired there twice and both times I have been satisfied. In both circumstances my car was repaired the same day. It wasn't cheap but for my Mercedez, compared to a dealer it was good. I recommend René to all my friends, especially if they have an import.…
