Paul Finley. For years ( 5) I refused to color , highlight or even try a new style hair cut!!!! I had to many bad experiences!!! But one day 2 years ago I had Paul cut my hair and Wow !! He didn't hesitate, he even told me right away "I know just what to do with your hair"PERFECT!! And it gets better last year he took me from brunette to blonde and from long To short ... Paul Finley - miracle worker!. After a year of illness and even some chemo treatments, my hair was a frazzled, frizzy mess.
