I love my hair!! Love it !! Paul was recommend to me by a girlfriend and I'm extremely happy. He highlighted and toned my hair to go with my skin color. It truly is beautiful.

I'm new to the area. From New York, i consider myself a well educated client. I did my research. I made an appointment at Finley and Phillips. These reviews are so far off. I am not going to put them down any more than that. But be warned, these reviews are written by the staff or friends. I was truly so disappointed.

Has to be the best hair salon in St. Pete, I've seen three different hairstylist at this salon and all of them were great. Sylvia was also great she fit me in for eyebrow wax right after my cut. thank you guys

Jessica, I appreciate the time and effort you put into customizing my look. My hair feels much more "alive" since you did the treatment in my hair. I love the way my layers are falling around my face. I feel lighter and my hair is so easy to style. No more gray either! Thanks a million!

I called the salon to make an appointment. After speaking with a woman named Jewel, I would never go there. She was so rude and nasty. I could not believe the way they talk to prospective clients.
